Here is Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov described Russia’s relationship with India as a privileged strategic partnership and lauded the latter’s responsible stand on key global agendas. Lavrov accused the West of trying to divide geopolitical picture. His remarks came in the backdrop of the West increasing sanctions against Russia as the war in Ukraine entered its second year in February.
