They’re overwhelmed and underwater. Storm-battered British Columbians are dealing with the aftermath of a third atmospheric river. As the back to back storms hit amid a flooding disaster, the city of Abbotsford, B.C. set an all-time weather record this November. It recorded 540 millimetres total – about one-third of the city’s average annual rainfall fell in November alone.
